About us

BAUEvents is an agency facilitating events dedicated to the building industry. We provide excellence in all aspects of event organization – before, during and after the event.

We take pride in successfully implementing your ideas and meeting your expectations in all event based services.

We are a multi-language organisation and speaking fluently Dutch, English and German.

Event format
According to your requirements we can advise you on the format of your event, depending on anticipated amount of participants and content of the event.
We focus on providing you with the right marketing/media outlets and tools to reach your target audience
Consulting you on the right industry bodies to reach out to - depending on the content of the program.
Assistance and advise to shape the right program in content and set-up, creating a key experience for your participants.
Pre event organization
Assistance in venue, catering, logistic, transport selection and information distribution, budget set-up, direct hands on support for the organizer.
Onsite management
We will take care of the onsite management, coordinating all logistics from set-up until the end of the event; from all technical requirements, bookings to catering- including all communications before, during and after the event.

Our excellent services provide you as event organizer with time to network with peers, speakers and participants. We will act as your on site manager, taking care of all details.
Secretary services
We will assist you with all secretarial services related to your event.

For a flawless registration process required for the professional set up of a conference or event we will closely work together with our highly professional partner who has successfully provide its systems and services for a wide variety of meetings throughout the years. They offer a flexible and modular online registration system.
Onsite event management
Assisting organizers, participants, maintaining onsite secretary assistance and managing all event-related aspects throughout the event.
Assisting organizers by taking over all event related emails and distributing information about the event. Taking care of implementing all required social media based on a marketing plan for your event.
Managing all activities related to transport of participants before, during and after the event, managing all logistical aspects such as dedicated national, international shipping of goods directly related to the event.

Meet the people behind BAUEvents

Silvia Taurer

Silvia possesses the unique asset in combining core knowledge of the Building Industry as Managing Director of a Consultancy in Building Information Modeling (BIM) as well as all managerial, advisory and organizational assets acting as the Region Manager of a European Association, organizing conferences annually within the Building Industry in Europe.

Silvia’s creative and innovative personality guarantees a successful event in all aspects such as information, socialising and networking. Her passion for detail is reflected in qualitative aspects of the events she organises.

Merlin Taurer

Merlin Taurer is an inspiring intern at BAU Events, having the opportunity to be present and assist in events throughout his youth.

Beginning his studies for event management on October 2017 and is nearing the end of his studies on June 2019. He excels in creating networks with others and being a full-on support in dire situations.

Merlin started doing internship on he 29th of January and will end his course on the 24th of May.
